Let Me Introduce My Characters

Labor of Love releases in about a month on February 15!! I want to introduce you to a few of the characters who will lead us on a fantastic journey through the Boboli Gardens and Pitti Palace. You’ll have to follow the dress codes and basic rules of the culture of 1560 Florence, Italy.

A few questions to get you in the historic mood. 1) Would you rather be a servant in a cottage or a princess in a palace? 2) What if you were suspended in a world between the two? 3) Would you want to live in 1560 Italy where the art and architecture came to life?

*Ana Geovani is the heroine of the novel. A companion to the Medici daughters at Pitti Palace and a distant cousin to the Florence Medici duke, she exists in an in-between world of opulence and strict expectations.

Marco Rossi plays the game the duke presents as he lives just outside of the palace, holding his dreams close while keeping doubt at bay.

Duchess Eleonora reigns as queen of her domain preparing to do almost anything to secure husbands for her daughters and Ana.

Villians, daughters, sister, friend, gardeners, and servants support the cast in this Florentine adventure.

On February 15 the print copy with be available.
