TBR Late Winter

I hope you are enjoying the last few weeks of winter. When my daffodils started blooming, I thought, ah spring is here. Not yet. This week we have a deep freeze.

That gives me time indoors to read. I have some excellent choices in my To Be Read stack. Maybe you will join me and read a few of those. Please share what you are reading.
I’ve waited for Toni Shiloh’s In Search of a Prince. Finally, this jewel is in my hands. From New York City to the island kingdom off the coast of Africa, a teacher to a princess.

I always enjoy Melanie Dobson’s historical fiction. The Masquerade set in 1894 on Mackinac Island takes a look at the courageous people of America with mystery and secrets.
Roseanna White takes the reader to 1906 Cornwall, England in The Nature of a Lady where the characters uncover interesting answers to ancient legends and betrayals.

I chose a new-to-me author, Betsy St. Amant, and her colorful Tacos for Two as my contemporary foray for this season. Food, chefs, conflict, and love. I’m ready.
I love anything by Carolyn Miller. Dusk’s Darkest Shores is set in England’s Lake District in 1811.

Share what you are reading. Do any of these sound interesting?

I’ve read all but Toni’s and Melanie ‘s but I have both and will read Toni’s in a few days.
I’m reading The Element of Love by Mary Connealy and The Tapestry of Light by Kim Duffy.
We are frozen in today. I’m supposed to get book mail but we’ll see if the mail lady gets here. It may be dangerous to even walk to the mailbox.
