Well, it’s not quite spring, but I’m ready to begin my wonderful list of novels. Two new authors to me are included which I always love. Most of the reads are historical fiction, with only one contemporary novel and one time travel story. Join me with reading some of these titles. If not, please tell me what you are reading or what you want to read.
A Pursuit of Home by Kristi Ann Hunter is set in 1816 England.
Canary Island Song by Robin Jones Gunn is my contemporary choice because of the exotic destination.
Fawkes by Nadine Brandes takes place in 1604 England.
Friends and Foes by Sarah M. Eden follows the Jonquil brothers in 1814 England.
The Captive Heart by Michelle Griep takes the reader to 1770 South Carolina.
Evermore by Jody Hedlund is about a fairy tale princess.
The Next Forever by F.E. Greene is a time travel book–so excited about this book.
The Lost Memoirs of Jane Austen by Syrie James sounds so interesting!
Do any of these novels sound exciting? Leave a comment about what you are reading now.
I just finished The Other Mrs. by Mark Kubica and Strawberry Shortcake Mystery by Joanne Fluke. I will begin The Chocolate Chip Cookie Mystery by Joanne Fluke and Blindsided by James Patterson
Your list sounds so delightful, stories to take your traveling around the world and throughout history! How exciting! I am reading one novel about an adventure in Mongolia, in Portuguese. And a historical book about the relationship between England and the Islamic world, called the Sultan and the Queen. Enjoy!
I just finished A Pursuit of Home last night and you are going to love it. Kristi Ann Hunter is a fabulous author and I have enjoyed every one of her books that I’ve read. Enjoy your Spring reading.
