Labor of Love Day 2 Giveaway

by | Feb 16, 2022 | Uncategorized | 55 comments

To celebrate the release of Labor of Love, I am doing a giveaway every day for a week. Comment and follow the link for your chance to win.

Day 2 February 16—Giveaway today is a $10 Amazon card.
Food can be such a rewarding experience. I love the research for historical novels.

Renaissance Italian food was interesting. Pasta anyone? Macaroni, ravioli, lasagna. But without the red, tomato sauce of today. Instead, it was dressed with cheese or sweet spices.
What is a favorite dish that you love?
Leave a comment and follow the link to the giveaway. Come back for a new giveaway tomorrow.

It seems like it would be a lot of fun to research different foods in different periods. I cant to pastas anymore. So I replace it with spaghetti squash, butternut squash, zucchini noodles. I love spaghetti squash with broccoli, spinich and herbs or on top homemade meatballs and homemade spaghetti sause

Those sound like awesome “pasta” alternatives. I’ve had spaghetti squash and the others too.
