My Review

I’m always surprised by the hardships people faced in the 1800s as the mountains drew the adventurers to their peaks. Still today, mountains beg for attention with their bewildering beauty. I wonder if I would have been brave enough to leave the civilized comfort of the east coast in search of someone I had never met.

God uses people, strangers, in our lives to share the journey. Lola set out on a journey with a rigid time line and people she trusted. A whole different path crossed her best-laid plans. So many options. Stay the course, alter the course, abandon the course, or follow a new one.

Beautiful, yet terrifying journey. Bravo, once again, Misty Beller.
