Books and books to Read…

This summer I finished my summer TBR stack and have started on some new ones that I want to share. I love seeing what is coming next. These are some good ones.

Garden in the South Battery by Kathryn Wharton (a new-to-me-author) is set in historic Charleston with mystery and history. I love Charleston! Then I go to Return to Palm Court by Stephanie Edwards, a contemporary mystery in the South Carolina Lowcountry.

Another new author to me is Marji Laine with A Troll Falls which is part of the Ever After Mysteries with a twist to the fairy tale of Snow White and Rose Red. I’m so excited about continuing the On Devonshire Shores series with A Winter by the Sea by Julie Klassen—1819 England with a map! (I love maps!)

I enjoy Terry Overton’s Youth Adult novels. The Secret Society is a part of the Underground Book Readers where books are now banned! Next is The Secret Keeper by Sandra Byrd, a part of the Tudor Ladies in Waiting about Katherine Parr. I will escape in this one.

Last by certainly not least is Loyally, Luke by Pepper Basham. I was hoping she would give us Luke’s story. I think it might involve a princess. I don’t know though.

What is on your list to read next? Please share. I read across the genres….

Happy Reading!
