New Research

What do you think about research?  Do you enjoy the process? What is something you researched recently? I know this could go all over the place. Some items might be vacation spots, instructions, genealogy, college courses, medical, and much more.

I love researching. Even the word research makes me yearn to start a project. My research leans toward information for my books. I gather my resources and dive in. Presently, I’m at the end of a fascinating research period about Beatriz Potter.

I’ve looked at her:

  • Life
  • Gardens
  • Animals
  • Publications
  • Sketches
  • Edwardian era
  • Hill Top Farm
  • Lake District

I am now writing a Christmas novella set in the beautiful Lake District in England in 1906 where Beatrix Potter lived. My characters mingle with this inspiring lady. I hope you will read the novella which is a part of a Christmas Collection with Carrie Turansky and Carole Lehr Johnson.

Happy Researching and Reading!
