What a special time I had with the Abilene Writers Guild on Saturday in Abilene, Texas. I am honored that they asked me to lead a workshop at their annual event. I have been a member of the organization since 2013. Some groups add so much to one’s life. This is one of them for me.

The topic was Writing and Research: The Dynamic Duo. These have great explosive power when they combine to offer amazing stories. But the stars of this program were the participants. They wrote, read their work, asked questions, added insight, and made my job as the presenter a joy.

In life you will find groups that inspire you to be better. I hope you have a place to grow, learn, and love.
